2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the signed agreement and deposit.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Full Payment: Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the trip’s start date.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted methods as communicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellation Policy

• By Participants:
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip will receive a refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the trip are non-refundable.
• By JD Agency Experience:
  • We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen events, including insufficient participant numbers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas.
• Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

5. Liability

• JD Agency Experience is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss/damage of personal property during the trip.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.

6. Amendments

JD Agency Experience reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

7. Governing Law
